A friend of mine told me about this unreal game dev jam with the theme of ''raining cat and dog''. So we worked together, me being the prop and character artist and him being the game designer and programmer.
He found the idea of the game will looking at a documentary about a small lizard that can walk on water and can be propelled high in the sky when he's near small rain drop...
So the goal was to collect nut and put them under the tree before the rain or else you must hide under a tree or a plant or else you will be thrown high in the sky at the mercy of the predators....
The colletible I created, the pink petal give point, the yellow seed give a boost and the green one are the one you must bring to your tree

The finished model for the playable character, with a prototype texture. Tried to add some cloth on it for fun.
